1. Service Description / คำอธิบายบริการ

Protocol is a metaphysics and astrology platform providing calculations and insights through multiple systems including Qi Men Dun Jia, Bazi, Vedic Astrology, Feng Shui, and Al-Tanjim (Islamic Astrology).

Protocol เป็นแพลตฟอร์มอภิปรัชญาและโหราศาสตร์ที่ให้บริการการคำนวณและข้อมูลเชิงลึก ผ่านหลายระบบ ได้แก่ ฉีเหมินตุ้นเจี่ย, บาซี, โหราศาสตร์เวทิก, ฮวงจุ้ย และอัล-ตันจิม (โหราศาสตร์อิสลาม)

2. Account Requirements / ข้อกำหนดบัญชี

• •You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. / คุณต้องมีอายุอย่างน้อย 13 ปีจึงจะใช้บริการนี้ได้
• •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. / คุณมีหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยของบัญชี
• •One account per person. / หนึ่งบัญชีต่อหนึ่งคน

3. Karma Coins / กรรมคอยน์

• •Karma Coins are a virtual currency used to pay for engine calculations. / Karma Coin เป็นสกุลเงินเสมือนที่ใช้ชำระค่าการคำนวณ
• •New accounts receive 100 free Karma Coins. / บัญชีใหม่ได้รับ Karma Coin ฟรี 100 เหรียญ
• •Karma Coins are non-refundable once purchased. / Karma Coin ไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้เมื่อซื้อแล้ว
• •Karma Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. / Karma Coin ไม่มีมูลค่าเป็นเงินจริงและไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดได้
• •We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. / เราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปรับราคาได้ตลอดเวลา

4. Acceptable Use / การใช้งานที่ยอมรับได้

You agree NOT to: / คุณตกลงว่าจะไม่:

• •Use automated tools or bots to scrape data from the platform. / ใช้เครื่องมืออัตโนมัติหรือบอทเพื่อดึงข้อมูลจากแพลตฟอร์ม
• •Redistribute, resell, or republish engine calculation results commercially. / เผยแพร่ ขายต่อ หรือตีพิมพ์ผลการคำนวณเชิงพาณิชย์
• •Attempt to reverse-engineer the calculation engines. / พยายามวิศวกรรมย้อนกลับเครื่องคำนวณ
• •Use the service for any unlawful purpose. / ใช้บริการเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ที่ผิดกฎหมาย
• •Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity. / แอบอ้างเป็นบุคคลอื่นหรือให้ข้อมูลตัวตนที่เป็นเท็จ

5. Intellectual Property / ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา

All calculation engines, algorithms, UI designs, and content on Protocol are the intellectual property of Protocol and its creator. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

เครื่องคำนวณ อัลกอริทึม การออกแบบ UI และเนื้อหาทั้งหมดบน Protocol เป็นทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาของ Protocol และผู้สร้าง ห้ามทำซ้ำหรือเผยแพร่โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

6. Limitation of Liability / การจำกัดความรับผิด

Astrological and metaphysical readings provided by Protocol are for entertainment and personal guidance purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice (medical, financial, legal, or otherwise). You use the service at your own discretion.

การอ่านโหราศาสตร์และอภิปรัชญาที่ Protocol ให้บริการมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อความบันเทิง และเป็นแนวทางส่วนบุคคลเท่านั้น ไม่ถือเป็นคำแนะนำจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ (การแพทย์ การเงิน กฎหมาย หรืออื่นๆ) คุณใช้บริการตามดุลยพินิจของคุณเอง

7. Termination / การยกเลิก

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your remaining Karma Coins will be forfeited. You may request account deletion at any time through your profile settings.

เราอาจระงับหรือยกเลิกบัญชีของคุณหากคุณละเมิดข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้ เมื่อถูกยกเลิก Karma Coin ที่เหลืออยู่จะถูกริบ คุณสามารถขอลบบัญชีได้ตลอดเวลาผ่านการตั้งค่าโปรไฟล์

8. Changes to Terms / การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
